In relation to the execution of its tasks and goals, NBLA:

• organizes the printing and distribution of literature related to business activities, law, and social and economical activities
  
  
• publishes non-periodic booklets in Bulgarian and other languages, containing information of statistical, referential, and commentary character; manuals, bulletins, etc. with practical questions in the areas of economical, legal and social activities in the country, as well as questions related to foreign economical and legal cooperation
  
  
• organize teachings and qualifications, competitions, business contacts and representation of Bulgarian and foreign firms in the country or abroad
  
  
• issues and legalizes certificates and other documents concerning the status of its members and other information related to their activities
  
  
• consults the creation of firms, including ones with foreign participation, and the realization of foreign trade deals - offers preparation, contracts, negotiations and other
  
  
• conducts marketing research, seeks partners for economical, trade and legal cooperation; provides supporting services to its members, Bulgarian and foreign firms
  
  
• organizes conciliatory procedures and arbitration, as well as all kinds of legal trade activities
  
  
• income from trade activities will be used to achieve the association's goals, as stated in the Statute of NBLA
